Wet Horses and Lottery Prayers

I woke up to a foggy pasture and wet horses. Rain is in the forecast for the entire weekend. 🙁 I like rainy days…sometimes..but not today. The high today is in the 60’s and I want to get out and ride. I haven’t been on a trail ride in so long I feel like my saddle thinks the saw horse it sits on is a real horse. Days like today make me wish I had a covered arena to ride in. Boy wouldn’t that be nice. I’m praying the good lord above will bless me with winning the lottery this year so I can buy a big farm and have a covered arena for yucky days. Although, I suppose in order for that to happen I need to actually buy a lotto ticket. But if I buy one I could be wasting a lot of money that I’ll never see again..see the predicament. :/

I haven’t quite figured out how I’m going to spend my day since it won’t be riding. Maybe I’ll just cuddle up with one of my boys in the stall and read a book or maybe I’ll find something else fun to get into. I think I hear the tack store calling my name too. When you can’t have fun outdoors, just go shopping. That’s my motto. 🙂
