Hey everyone, it’s Raquel from Horses & Heels. While Ashley is on vacation I’m here to talk to you about the many outfit options with cowboy boots & share a few of mine. Gone are the days when boots were strictly for the barn. I have my barn boots & my going out boots, my casual stroll boots, & boots for every occasion.
It’s photo flashback time as I share a few outfits styled with boots.
Up first are the turquoise boots styled with a dress & a cardigan. Since fall is approaching you might be thinking of packing away those sundresses but I say leave them out. Extend their wear by pairing them up with cute sweaters & cardigans.
Next is the “LBD” Little Black Dress, it’s made for date nights, girls nights & just stirring up trouble in your boots.
Skinny jeans & cowboy boots are now bffs, if you aren’t a dress person you have other options. Keep in mind that you do have to be careful with how you pair your boots; loud & extremely colorful boots should be paired with more neutral colored jeans. If you have plain brown boots or something that isn’t flashy opt for a flashy pair of jeans.
Rompers anyone? Fall is the season for denim & while the days remain hot, you can still pull off a romper paired with some boots. I wore Lucchese 2000 pistachio boots & paired mine with a vintage looking Guess bag.
The “LPD” Little plaid dress should be in every country girl’s wardrobe.
Another thing to play with is tall boots. I love my Olathe boots with everything, boots come in so many different sizes but I think an extremely tall boot should be a staple to everyone’s collection.
Thanks so much for stopping by, you can find me on the regular at Horses & Heels.
